Enrollment with Sawyer

For returning parent Check any communication from the current teacher of your child to see which level they will go to next year. 

On Sawyer, classes will be provided based on the level and schedule. Once you select the class, add your child to class (based on live availability), Pay in the cart. 

Siblings Discount is calculated and applied automatically at the checkout cart. if you have more than one child, make sure you enroll them at the same time to take advantage of the discount. 

For new students, see below for guidelines on how to choose a level.

Please put all the classes in the cart before checkout if you have multiple kids to be able to receive the discount. 

Admission and Registration Fees $120 are included at checkout. They are paid only once in a school year 

Your cart will show the details of each installment - the time and the amount to be processed. 

Payment will show you the full year of automatically recurring payments. During enrollment, the cost of the registration fees,  Arabic Library and the first tuition installment is charged to your card, the rest will be processed according to your installment choice. (the details will be clearly showing in Sawyer before payment)

Once your order is paid, a confirmation email will sent to you with your invoice.

For students joining the school for the first time, you can select Pre-school, Kindergarden or level 1 based on student's age showing in Sawyer.  For higher levels, an assessment test will be administered at the beginning of the school year. 

Also, for students who already had classes before, please fill the assessment form to give the administration an idea about the level of your child. An academic placement test will be provided by the school and teacher at the start of the school year 2024-2025 to confirm the level. 

Returning parents do not need to fill this form and need to check with the teacher of their child about the level to choose for next year.
