2024-2025 Tuition details
Registration fee: $120.00 per child - includes books, documentation and cost for any other tools used for your child's learning as well as the Arabic Library for the school year (September - August) -> [Parents can choose between a virtual library or a book exchange program]

Yearly Tuition for the school year (Sep 2024 - May 2025)Â
Preschool and Kindergarten with online classes -  $927 per child
Level 1 to Advanced with online classes - Â $927 per child
Saturday 2pm - 6pm and all in-person only classes - $ 702 per child
Installments Tuition (Automatically charged in Sawyer)
Pay in Full - the full tuition for the year is charged at the time of check-out
9 installments - full tuition charged in 9 installments automatically by sawyer each school month
4 installments - full tuition charged in 4 installments - first one at checkout and then Nov, Jan, MarÂ
A 5% discount is offered when enrolling two or more children for the school year 2024-2025 once classes are added to your cart,
Payment methods
Online during enrollment with Sawyer
When you enroll your child, you will provide your payment details on Sawyer platform. Registration and books fees are charged at check-out in addition to the first installment. The remaining payments will be automatically scheduled to be paid depending on the installment chosen.
Credit Card or ACH with Sawyer
Sawyer provides the options for both payment via credit card or ACH. You can support the school by choosing to pay the tuition via E-check. As a not-for-profit institution, we always prefer to receive the payment via ACH to avoid additional credit card fees.Â
Check or Cash payments
The school tuition can be paid by check or cash by paying the full year in advance at the time of enrollment. Our school administrators can assist you to provide a receipt and confirm your child in the Sawyer system upon payment.
Absence or Withdrawal
When you need to keep your child at home due to sickness or other reasons.Â
Unfortunately, situations happen and your child might be absent from school due to sickness or other personal reasons.Â
The school allows NO credit for absenteeism and payment for the full tuition would still be due.Â
When you need to unenroll your child
We are looking to serve your family, but if you need to unenroll your children...we understand.
In order to assist you, please send an email to [email protected] TWO WEEKS prior to the last day of your child. This would allow us to process your cancelation in the system. Failure to provide this notice in time will result in the processing of your automatic monthly payment.Â
A $15 processing fee will be charged for cancelation not respecting the cancellation policy due to fees inquired by the school if requesting a refund of tuition.Â
